Humansville - Mrs. Dorothy C. “Mommom” Siman, age 92 of Bolivar, MO, passed away Friday, March 8, 2019, at Northwood Hills Care Center Humansville, MO. She was born June 14, 1926, in Springfield, MO, to Jesse Jack and Helen Leona (Bolen) Siman.
She is preceded in death by her parents; an infant son; two sisters: Marilyn Siman, and Jacqueline McMurray; and a son in-law Frank Follis.
She is survived by three children: Marilyn Follis, Nancy Nickos and husband Chris, and Jack Baker and wife Lynda all of Bolivar, MO; eight grandchildren: Jay, Joe, Jack, Cherilyn, Jeremy, Crystal, Brandon, and Brock; 16 great grandchildren; a sister Sharon Barnes of Springfield, MO; as well as many other relatives and friends.
There will be a private family gathering. Inurnment will take place at Hazelwood Cemetery Springfield, MO, at a later date. Online condolences may be made at: www.greenlawnfuneralhome.com.
